Minggu ni kami buat Circuit training. Ia terdiri dengan 6 station. Setiap station kami akan buat satu jenis workout dalam masa 1 minit. Lepas 1 minit, kami akan rotate ke next station dan buat workout tersebut selama 1 minit, sehingga habis semua station.
